  • Order processing is the time it takes to make, pack and drop off your order at the post office.
  • Please plan accordingly if you need items by a certain date.
  • Business days do not include weekends and holidays.

 -Shipping Methods:

  • We ship all our orders through USPS.

 -Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, and the weight/size of the items in your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.

-Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Delivery time is estimated to be 3-7 business days after being dropped off at the post office. Please note that these are estimated times and actual delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances.

-Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

-Delays and Exceptions:

  • Please be aware that there may be circumstances beyond our control that can cause delays. These can include, but are not limited to, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, and other unforeseen events.

-Lost or Damaged Items:

  • We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
  • In the rare event that your order is lost, stolen or arrives damaged you can file a claim with your local post office.

- Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

-Change of Shipping Address:

  • If you need to change the shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes.

-Returns Due to Non-Delivery:

  • If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address), we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
